Instron 600DX Testing Machine Retrofitted by FBMS
Frank Bacon Machinery remanufactured and upgraded this Instron 600DX to FB MTGenius material testing software. This machine was equipped with Instron 5500 series electronics that are no longer supportable. The machine was rewired with all new electronics, controls and new software to make this a fully serviceable and supportable system. MTGenius is a fully computer controlled material testing software with post analysis and real time servo control for load, displacement or strain. This specific machine was equipped with hydraulic gripping and a self aligning compression fixture that were all retained during the retrofit process. Frank Bacon Machinery will be able to calibrated, service, support and train the operators on this machine for the life of it!
