Reconditioned Tensile Tester: 120K (600 kN) Satec WHVL (Instron) Universal Testing Machine
The Frank Bacon team has done it again with this beautiful 120K Satec WHVL servo hydraulic universal testing machine. The fully rebuilt load frame features Frank Bacon’s upgraded system. Furthermore, the upgraded system includes an all new hydraulic power supply, electronics, controls and material testing software with a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
WHVL remains Satec’s premium model, featuring a wider table, 30 by 30, optional T slotted plate for compression mode, a larger vertical opening, and adjustable top cross-head. 0-3.5 inches per minute, fully closed loop servo-controlled hydraulic with Mtest quattro software. The middle cross-head position can be adjusted, to move the workspace, with limit rod assembly for safety precautions. The machine is set up for 460 vault 3 phase but may also be wired for 230 vault 3 phase. Also, easy set-up, and no need for complex installation or rigging. Reconditioned hydraulic power supply featuring new control system and fresh wiring diagram for future trouble shooting. Data acquisition box for incoming signals with load channel, displacement channel, axial strain channel, transverse channel, strain channel and auxiliary channels.
Further, rebuilt hydraulic power supply, with air cool heat exchanger, mood servo valve, filtration, motor pump, dump valve. Disconnect box to connect receivers with wiring diagrams to assist with installation. Overflow tube to collect cylinder overflow. Lastly, the Satec HVL model is a load cell machine using load cell on the bottom of the table to get readings for 100,000 lb capacity load cell up to 120,000 lbs (600 kn).
This rebuilt Satec WHVL contains new or reconditioned features from the columns and cylinders to the screws and seal. Brand new custom hydraulic cabinet, electrical system, computer and controller. The test frame construction paired with new hydraulics and a closed loop system.
