120K Riehle KA-120 Hydraulic Tensile & Compression Testing System

The refinished and repainted Tensile Tester features re-crowned bases, aligned and straightened screws and a self aligned hanging tooling for tension pulls. The tooling may be tailored to meet the customers needs. For this specific model the customer wanted a self aligned hanging tooling. The Tensile Tester contains a simpler 3 channel indicating load, displacement and strain data reporting. The original manual controls are used to run the hydraulics, to return piston back to the bottom and hold the load. Also, the upgraded universal testing machine features new electronic controls, wiring system, and push button starts. The Tensile Tester will receive a Frank Bacon standard 1 year parts and labor warranty.
Futhermore, the new crosshead motor and gear box to allow movement of the crosshead up and down to achieve precision placement. The hydraulic motor, submerge pump, and pressure transducer. Pressure transducer takes pressure and converts it to a load value which we calibrate to the indicating system. Next, all new electronic system including relays, transformers, wiring and a complete electrical schematic so we can troubleshoot, diagnose, service and support to keep the machine running seamlessly.
