Frank Bacon Renew/MTGenius® Upgrades
MTGenius is an easy to use PC based solution for mechanical testing of material, components and products. A cost-effective Frank Bacon Renew/MTGenius load frame upgrade will improve the Testing Systems’ reliability, accuracy and productivity. The MTGenius upgrades are available as a Data Acquisition only system or as a Data Acquisition system with computer servo control. On the servo control upgrades your electronic controls are replaced on both electromechanical and hydraulic load frames. On hydraulic servo frames we generally replace the existing hydraulic console with a new state of the art Servo Hydraulic Power Supply matching the characteristics of each load frame.

Advanced soft-start and safety control features protect both specimen and operator. Easily upgrade older MTS or Instron servo hydraulic test systems with all new sensor cables included. The FB-3500 controllers can be interfaced with older actuators, load frames and transducers from any make or model.
